All conversion tracking deployed by Praedix Ads on behalf of client accounts adheres to platform-specific data terms of service. Server-side tracking implementations are configured to transmit only hashed, anonymized data identifiers as required by applicable privacy regulations including GDPR and CCPA.
Client account access is managed via role-based permissions. Agency-level access to advertising platforms, analytics tools, and CRM systems is restricted to assigned account team members only, with all access logs retained for a minimum of 12 months.
