Refund Protocol

Service Fee Policy

Praedix Ads LLC provides professional marketing services that involve significant time, resources, and proprietary methodology deployment. All agency management fees are non-refundable once work has commenced on a campaign cycle, as defined by the client's Statement of Work.

Ad Spend Refunds

Media spend deployed directly to advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) on behalf of clients is processed through platform accounts and subject to each platform's individual refund policies. Praedix Ads does not retain client ad spend funds; all media spend is allocated directly to platform accounts upon receipt or billed directly to client payment methods.

Onboarding & Setup Fees

All one-time onboarding, account audit, tracking setup, and infrastructure deployment fees are non-refundable once the associated work product has been delivered, regardless of whether the client proceeds with an ongoing retainer engagement.

Dispute Resolution

If you believe a billing error has occurred, you must notify Praedix Ads LLC in writing within 15 days of the invoice date. Billing disputes submitted outside this window are not eligible for review. For dispute inquiries, contact us at support@praedixads.com.

Cancellation Protocol

Month-to-month retainer agreements require 30 days written notice of cancellation. Work completed within the final 30-day notice period is billed at the applicable monthly rate and is non-refundable. Annual contract cancellations are subject to the early termination provisions defined in the executed Service Agreement.
